Last updated: 2 May 2026. These terms apply when you access GeoData Converter, create an account, upload files, run conversions, or buy token packs.
GeoData Converter provides geospatial file inspection and conversion tools on a best-effort basis. Supported formats, limits, pricing, and token costs may change as the product evolves.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must have the right to upload and process the files you submit. Do not upload illegal content, malware, or highly sensitive data unless you have confirmed the service is appropriate for that use. You retain ownership of your files; you grant us permission to process them solely to provide the service.
Geospatial conversions can be lossy. Format limits may affect field names, geometry types, coordinate reference systems, styling, layer structure, and metadata. Always inspect converted outputs before using them in operational, legal, safety-critical, or production GIS workflows.
Token packs are prepaid credits for eligible conversions. A failed conversion does not spend tokens. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe terms. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.
You may not abuse the service, bypass limits, attack the infrastructure, scrape private areas, reverse engineer security controls, or use the app in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.
We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, worker failures, or capacity limits can affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoData Converter is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made from converted outputs. Keep backups of important files.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by changing the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, by notifying users in the app.
