Last updated: 2 May 2026. This policy explains how refunds work for GeoData Converter token packs.

Token packs

Token packs are prepaid digital credits for file conversion. If you bought a token pack by mistake and have not used the tokens, contact us within 14 days and we will review the request.

Used tokens and completed conversions

Completed conversions consume processing resources and are normally non-refundable once the purchased tokens have been used. Failed conversions do not spend tokens.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you see a duplicate charge, payment error, or unauthorized purchase, email support@geodataconverter.no with the account email and Stripe receipt reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse the token grant and refund through Stripe.

How to request a refund

Email support@geodataconverter.no. Include your account email, purchase date, token pack, and reason for the request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when approved.
